Haha, a lot of trial and error, really... there are lots of complicated mechanics surrounding those wings, but basically: tons of Wonderflex and matte vinyl. :heart: Sorry I'm being kind of vague, but I would wind up writing a novel to explain him. :XD: But he really is just a big glob of Wonderflex.
